Community privacy and points

Google and email sign-in use Firebase Authentication. Email accounts must verify their address before posting. Your email address is not displayed publicly. Choose a public display name before sharing.

Receipt processing

Receipts are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Automatic reading with Google Cloud Document AI is not currently active. Only authorized moderators can retrieve them for review. Cover payment-card information and unrelated personal details before uploading. Receipt images are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; account history, duplicate-detection fingerprints and moderation records remain to operate points and prevent repeat claims.

Points

An accepted receipt earns 10 points. A receipt can earn points only once across all accounts, and an account can receive credit for one visit per shop per day. Up to ten receipt submissions per account per day are allowed. Receipts currently require moderator review. If automatic checks are activated later, they will compare the merchant, branch address, date, payment and receipt reference. They cannot guarantee authenticity or ownership.

Points have no cash value or redemption promise. A positive review is never required. Reviews receive moderation before publication. Public check-ins are optional and can be hidden from your account.

Account and privacy requests
