History

The operation began as a food truck in San José before relocating to a sports bar at 2705 Union Ave., where it serves lunch and dinner from Tuesday through Sunday. The Chronicle notes that the sports bar is now the place to find its food.

Fish tacos

Its fully loaded fried cod taco placed third in the San Francisco Chronicle's ranking of the ten best fish tacos in the Bay Area, by critic Cesar Hernandez, making it the highest-placed South Bay entry. The taco combines battered cod with a charred cheese skirt, the lacy crust formed when cheese is melted directly on the griddle, and is topped with guacamole and chipotle aioli.
