Brothers Cousins Tacos

From WikiTacos, the taco encyclopedia · Taquería

Brothers Cousins Tacos is a late-night taco stand at National Boulevard and Sawtelle in West Los Angeles, near the San Diego Freeway.

Overview

The stand draws evening crowds, with lines often forming around 6 p.m. A taquero chops meat to order from a large flat pan in which the fillings braise and assemble each taco on the spot. The Infatuation includes it in its guide to the 25 best tacos in Los Angeles.

Fillings include asada, carnitas, chorizo, lengua and suadero, among others. Customers can help themselves to potatoes and caramelized onions cooked in the same pan, and a well-stocked salsa station rounds out the setup. The Infatuation's review, by Garrett Snyder, was published in September 2022 and tags the stand for late-night eating.
