Overview

The truck parks at 816 Sebastopol Road in front of the restaurant La Fondita, in the Roseland district of southwest Santa Rosa. Sonoma Magazine's guide to the county's al pastor named it the best version from a truck, citing its low prices, quick service and flavor. The same magazine's list of 20 favorite Mexican restaurants in Sonoma County included the Delicias Elenita Taco Truck and singled out its elotes, grilled corn dressed with mayonnaise, cotija cheese and chile. The truck also sells agua de jamaica.

Context

Sebastopol Road is the commercial spine of Roseland, Santa Rosa's largely Latino neighborhood, and is lined with taquerías, markets and trucks. The truck has a website at deliciaselenita.shop. Sources consulted do not give a founding date or owners.
