Overview

Delicias Mexican Cuisine is located at 66121 Pierson Boulevard in Desert Hot Springs. Locale Magazine reports that it is owned by Angie Denicia and Armando Olvera, who opened it to bring Mexico City flavors to the town.

Visit Greater Palm Springs features it on its Greater Palm Springs Taco Trail and singles out the Vulcan Taco: a crispy melted-cheese taco filled with carne asada or pastor and topped with pickled red onion, micro cilantro and avocado salsa. Other fillings include grilled chicken, carnitas, chorizo, shrimp, fish, octopus and marlin.
