Overview

El Fuego is a roving truck whose schedule is posted on Instagram. The Infatuation lists its regular spot at 17th and Carolina streets, along with appearances at Spark Social in Mission Bay and Barebottle Brewing in Bernal Heights.

The truck specializes in birria. Its tacos are heavy on cheese and cilantro and come with a small cup of consomé, and a combination plate brings together a quesabirria, a soft birria taco and a birria mulita, a sandwich-style taco made with two tortillas. The Infatuation includes El Fuego in its guide to the Bay Area's best birria tacos.
