Overview

Food & Pleasure's 2025 Hermosillo guide lists El Panal at Bulevar José María Morelos 755, Interior C, in Cumbres Residencial, and says it has three branches in the city and delivers. The name means "the honeycomb," and the signature taco follows the theme.

The menu offers tacos of carne asada, tripa and barbacoa. The house taco, the Abeja Reina (queen bee), is made on a thick, gordita-style tortilla and finished with a crust of crispy cheese.

Hermosillo is closely identified with carne asada, beef grilled over charcoal and often served on flour tortillas, though its taquerías also sell cabeza, barbacoa and other morning tacos.
