Overview

Luduka's Café is located at 7285 Snyder Lane in Rohnert Park, the city just south of Santa Rosa. In Sonoma Magazine's survey of al pastor in the county it was labeled the "fan favorite." The magazine said quesabirria is the restaurant's best-known item but that its al pastor is cooked with the same attention.

Context

Quesabirria, a taco of stewed beef or goat birria crisped on the griddle with melted cheese and served with a cup of consommé for dipping, spread from Tijuana to Los Angeles and then throughout California in the late 2010s and early 2020s. Many Sonoma County taquerías added it to their menus during that period. Sources consulted do not give the restaurant's founding date or owners.
