Mitote Food Park is a collective of Mexican food trucks and vendors on Sebastopol Road in Santa Rosa's Roseland neighborhood.

Overview

Mitote Food Park is at 100 Sebastopol Road in Roseland. Sonoma Magazine reported that its ribbon cutting took place on July 14, 2022. The park gathers several independent vendors in one place. The magazine's dining editor recommended quesabirria from Gio y Los Magos, a truck owned by Jose Cazares; mushroom tacos from Lucha Sabina; huitlacoche tacos from Antojitos Victoria; and cochinita pibil from Mami's Panuchos.

Vendors

The magazine's list of 20 favorite Mexican restaurants named Los Magos, Yucamami, Lucha Sabina and Pezcow among the vendors, with churros from La Churroteka on weekends, when the selection is widest. Chapulines, toasted grasshoppers, are sometimes on offer. The vendor lineup has changed over time. The park's website is mitotefoodpark.com.

Name

Mitote is a Mexican Spanish word for a noisy party or commotion, derived from Nahuatl.
