Overview

Will Fly for Food lists Mr. Jaibo on Manuel Gutiérrez Nájera in La Cruz, with hours of 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday and closed Monday and Tuesday, in a guide updated in 2026. The guide reports that the owner, who is not named, buys seafood fresh at the market each morning.

The menu includes fish and shrimp tacos, shrimp tostadas and ceviches, and fish and chips are also offered.

Querétaro's taquerías draw on styles from other regions as well as local ones; CódigoQro noted in 2022 that several of the city's best-known stands advertise the taco flavor of Arandas, a town in the Altos de Jalisco, and the city's markets and side streets also hold many tacos de guisado and gordita stands.
