Sonoma Magazine's dining editor listed Quiote among the county's best tacos, recommending fillings such as rock cod, cochinita pibil with pickled onions and al pastor with salsa verde. She also mentioned guacamole made with serrano chiles, crisp raspadas and brothy Rancho Gordo beans. The magazine's list of 20 favorite Mexican restaurants named the cochinita pibil taco as the signature.
