Tacos El Dorado is a taco truck owned by Merced Hernandez that operated near Hammer and West lanes in north Stockton, California.

History

The Collegian, the student newspaper of San Joaquin Delta College, profiled the truck in 2015 in a story on Stockton's mobile food vendors. At the time it was owned by Merced Hernandez and parked near the intersection of Hammer Lane and West Lane, and advertised itself as serving the best tacos and burritos in town. Its current status could not be confirmed.

The truck sold tacos, burritos, nachos and flautas. A Delta College student interviewed for the article praised the freshness of the food and especially the enchiladas in mole. The same article also profiled an Asian-fusion truck selling tacos and a burger truck on Pacific Avenue, illustrating the variety of mobile vendors in the city at the time.
