Tacos Joven is a long-running taco stand in the San Miguel las Pajaritas neighborhood of Puebla selling tacos of adobo, shredded beef and chicharrón by the piece.

Overview

Tacos Joven is located at Calle 17 Sur 1701 in San Miguel las Pajaritas, Puebla. Revista 360 Grados described it in 2021 as a place that had been operating for many years, without giving a founding date or naming the people who run it. It should not be confused with the Tacos Joven of San Luis Potosí, a separate business with a different style of taco.

Tacos are sold individually, filled with adobo, carne deshebrada (shredded beef), chicharrón, beans or green mole. The condiments are part of the draw: guacamole, a chile morita salsa with chicharrón, and chiles en vinagre. The magazine recommended pairing the chicharrón and the shredded beef tacos with the morita salsa.
