Overview

The truck parks in the 2300 to 2400 block of South Birch Street in Santa Ana, near a pair of cannabis dispensaries. L.A. TACO writer Janette Villafana featured it in a 2023 guide to tacos in Santa Ana, noting it could be reached on OC Bus routes 53 and 72. At the time it was open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The name refers to the style of the Mexican state of Guerrero.

Villafana's usual order was al pastor, carne asada and suadero. Tacos come with cilantro, onion and grilled onions. The regular tortillas are packaged, but handmade tortillas can be requested. Two salsas stand out: a bright orange, well-emulsified habanero salsa and a green salsa. The truck also makes choriqueso, melted cheese cooked with chorizo.
