Tacos Roger
Tacos Roger is a tacos de guisado stand in Puebla's La Paz neighborhood, run by its owner Roger, known for a milanesa taco wrapped in brown paper.
Overview
The stand is at Calle Oriental 32 in La Paz, next to Cuauhtémoc. Revista 360 Grados reported in 2021 that Roger, the owner, had thirty years of experience. He assembles each taco by spreading potato and beans on the tortilla before adding milanesa and the chosen stew, then wraps it in brown paper. The stand appeared in a 2021 Revista 360 Grados roundup of thirteen Puebla taquerías and cemita shops, a list the magazine described as a work in progress to which more places would be added.
Menu
The stand sells tacos de guisado, tortillas filled with stews prepared earlier in the day. The magazine's recommendation was the milanesa with adobo, eaten with dried chiles on the side.
