History

Erica Soriano came to the United States from Mexico and spent about two decades selling flowers and oranges on the streets of Stockton and Los Angeles, and later cooked for other taco trucks six days a week for six years. Sacramento station ABC10 reported that she saved enough to buy her $45,000 truck outright and opened it on Pacific Avenue near Benjamin Holt Drive, with her teenage son as her only employee. Hoodline later listed the truck among Stockton's top taco spots.

Reflecting Soriano's upbringing in Veracruz, the menu emphasizes mariscos, including shrimp tacos, alongside conventional meat tacos.
