Overview

Taqueria Guerrero is located at 83103 Avenue 48, Suite 1A, in Coachella. Locale Magazine, which included it among the desert's five best taco spots, reported that it had been operating for more than 20 years.

The specialty is the carnitas taco. According to the magazine, the pork is cooked on site every day for about two hours and served on handmade tortillas. Shrimp ceviche is another dish popular with locals, and the shop has offered 99-cent tacos on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
