Overview

Tú y Yo is at Avenida Manuel Espinosa Yglesias 2521, the avenue also known as 31 Poniente. Revista 360 Grados reported in 2021 that it was started by an experienced taquero named Juan Pablo together with a friend. They had first planned to sell carne asada but switched to other cuts because their street already had heavy competition in asada.

The menu centers on tacos de machitos, cabeza, cachete, lengua and suadero, and a small trompo of al pastor turns at the counter. The magazine's suggestion was the machitos taco with cooked green salsa.

Machitos are intestines cooked until crisp.
