Andrés Betancourt is the founder and operator of Taquería Los Milanesos, a Mexico City milanesa taquería recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

Career

According to El Universal, which cites the business's own website, Betancourt founded Los Milanesos in 1999 to feed the construction workers building the Centro Libanés in Mexico City, and he continues to run it. The taquería now has two branches in the Álvaro Obregón borough and specializes in tacos of breaded, fried pork or beef cutlets on corn tortillas.

Los Milanesos was among the new Bib Gourmand entries in the 2025 Michelin Guide Mexico and kept the distinction in 2026.
