Career

Sandoval bought a small taco cart in 1970 to start his own business, setting up first on Calzada de Guadalupe in León's Colonia Obrera. The business moved several times and by 2019 had five branches managed by his children. Its carnitas tacos, tortas and volcanes are eaten mainly at breakfast, and Bonito León's BLAwards named them best breakfast tacos in 2018.
