Overview

Diego Taquería operates within Lázaro y Diego at Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas 2400, on the ground floor of the Metropolitan Center in the Valle Oriente district of San Pedro Garza García. PLAYERS of Life reported in January 2024 that the taco concept had been introduced in September 2023, with the stated aim of serving the best tacos in San Pedro. The restaurant takes reservations through OpenTable.

The taco list includes trompo negro, taco turco, taco árabe de pastor, and chilacones of shrimp and of sirloin costra. Northern classics such as campechana, pirata and gringa are also served, along with starters like ensalada regia, guacamole, queso fundido, grilled green onions and truffle-parmesan fries. The grill section offers rib eye, arrachera and salmon.
