Overview

Chilango lists Huesitos El Güero at Oriente 95 number 3033 in Mártires de Río Blanco, with about 25 years of experience. Its single specialty is huesitos: small fried pork bones with meat attached, served with lime, onion, cilantro and a dried chile de árbol salsa and ordered by the piece. It is open daily from morning until after midnight.

Context

Chilango included it in a list of thirty taquerías every Mexico City resident should know, a selection weighted toward neighborhood places outside the usual tourist circuit. Huesitos are a lesser-known pork specialty in the capital, sold by a small number of dedicated stands.
