Tortillas and tacos
The kitchen nixtamalizes its own corn to make tortillas in house, and the color of those tortillas changes from week to week depending on the variety of corn being used. Its fish tacos, served three to an order on those tortillas, placed fifth in the San Francisco Chronicle's ranking of the ten best fish tacos in the Bay Area by critic Cesar Hernandez. The restaurant was one of two Wine Country entries in that ranking, alongside El Molino Central in Sonoma.
