Overview

The truck parks at 3000 E. Olympic Boulevard, close to the Mariscos Jalisco truck on the same stretch. The Infatuation reviewed it in 2022, describing it as a ceviche truck and recommending it for lunch and inexpensive meals.

Its shrimp tacos dorados are fried tortillas filled with mashed potato and shrimp and topped with chunky tomato salsa, priced at $2.25 each at the time of the review. The fish ceviche is minced until it is nearly a paste and mixed with tomato, onion and cilantro. Tostadas come topped with shrimp, fish, octopus or imitation crab, including a mixed tostada, a jaiba version made with surimi and an aguachile verde tostada. Cocteles and oysters with salsa verde round out the menu.
