Overview

The Infatuation reviewed Playita in early 2022, shortly after it opened, describing a tiny space with a shaded front patio. It is a mariscos-focused sibling of the Guisados taco chain.

Beer-battered fish and shrimp tacos are offered on corn or flour tortillas, with flour recommended by the reviewer. The menu also includes shrimp aguachile, mixed ceviche, cheese quesadillas and a tomato-based campechana with crab, octopus, albacore and shrimp.
