Tacos El Tigre is a late-night sidewalk taco stand on Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, with a long list of meats that includes tripas, cabeza and suadero.

Overview

El Tigre sets up at 5600 Lankershim Boulevard, a short walk northwest of North Hollywood Station, and serves into the late hours. L.A. TACO included it in a 2023 guide to the best tacos along Metro's G Line, noting that it was the only stop on that route list to offer tripas.

The stand cooks tripas, cabeza, suadero, buche, chorizo, pollo, al pastor and carne asada. Those meats go into tacos, tostadas, sopes, huaraches and burritos, and the stand also sells asada fries and aguas frescas. It stays open late into the night.
