CódigoQro listed Tacos Madero at Sostenes Rocha 213 in the Centro, open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The site mentioned that the woman who serves the food is known as La Güera.

The kitchen makes tacos, gorditas, sopes, quesadillas and handmade huaraches, an oval masa base, filled or topped with an assortment of guisados (stews). The site recommended the red salsa.

Querétaro's taquerías draw on styles from other regions as well as local ones; CódigoQro noted in 2022 that several of the city's best-known stands advertise the taco flavor of Arandas, a town in the Altos de Jalisco, and the city's markets and side streets also hold many tacos de guisado and gordita stands.
