Taquería El No Que No
Taquería El No Que No is an evening taquería in Querétaro's La Cruz neighborhood serving al pastor, suadero, chorizo and bistec.
Overview
Will Fly for Food lists the taquería at Calle Ignacio Zaragoza 125 in La Cruz, about a block from Rico Menudo Doña Pueblito, with hours of 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. daily, in a guide updated in 2026. (The guide's photo captions mistakenly label it Haga Su Taco, but its address and description refer to El No Que No.) A taquería called No Que No was also named among León's best-known taquerías by La Silla Rota in 2023; the sources do not link the two.
Menu
The menu covers al pastor, suadero, chorizo and bistec, and the guide's author ordered the suadero and the pastor.
Querétaro's taquerías draw on styles from other regions as well as local ones; CódigoQro noted in 2022 that several of the city's best-known stands advertise the taco flavor of Arandas, a town in the Altos de Jalisco, and the city's markets and side streets also hold many tacos de guisado and gordita stands.
