Víctor Ortega, known as Tito, is a taquero from Zacatecas who runs Taquitos Tito in Puebla.

Career

Ortega began making tacos in Zacatecas about thirty years before a 2021 profile in Revista 360 Grados, and moved to Puebla about ten years before that article because of insecurity in his home state. His taquería on Calzada Zavaleta in Santa Cruz Buenavista is known for tacos with joking names, such as the taco de político (tongue), taco de hombre (machitos) and taco de lencho (lechón).
