Bernardo Galindo is a co-founder of La 89, a Roma Norte taquería in Mexico City serving Ensenada- and Tijuana-style tacos, birria and tortas.

Career
Galindo opened La 89 in 2021 together with Alejandro Zárate, drawing on the taco traditions of Baja California's two largest border and port cities. The taquería's quesabirria and carne asada were singled out by Michelin inspectors, and it has held a Bib Gourmand since the 2025 edition of the Mexico guide.
