¿Dónde María? is at Calzada Revolución 1846 in Colonia Universitaria, in eastern Guadalajara. World of Tacos describes it as a late-hours spot where pastor and arrachera are served until midnight, and notes that there is often a line.

Tacos al pastor are the taquería's best-known item. The menu also includes arrachera (skirt steak) and a vegetarian hibiscus taco. Aguas frescas include tangerine and berry flavors.

Pastor is pork marinated in a chile and achiote adobo and cooked on a vertical spit called a trompo. In Guadalajara it is a staple of evening and late-night taquerías.
