Career

Guarrientos started El Kali as a way to add to his income, according to a 2025 Infobae report based on Periódico Correo. The stand sells tacos and tortas of guisados such as bistec, chorizo, liver and rib to about 200 customers a day. His daughter Carolina and other children have joined him in running it.
