Tus Buenas Noticias places El Pariente across from the Carretera Jesús Jumate near the Hotel Maioris in the south of Culiacán and says it has more than ten years of history. The specialties are buche (pork stomach) and revuelto (mixed) tacos, and it also sells tripa, panza and cayito. Groups such as Los Alegres del Barranco, Los Nuevos Rebeldes, Grupo Arriesgado and Los Buitres have eaten there. It serves from early morning to early afternoon, Monday through Saturday.
