Overview

Time Out credits Gustavo Chavez with the business and lists it among the 33 best tacos in Los Angeles. Its Inglewood location sets it apart from the cluster of carnitas specialists on the Eastside, such as Carnitas El Momo and Los Cinco Puntos.

Pork is cooked in the Michoacán manner, slowly in fat, and served in tacos, burritos and platters.
