Taco culture

Nixta is a documented example of Mexican dining in Singapore. Its published menu groups tacos, tlayudas and tostadas under heirloom-corn masa, with examples including duck barbacoa, pork belly al pastor and fish with red and green chile sauces.

Those are specific restaurant interpretations, not national Singaporean taco styles. The al pastor image shown here is a general illustration of the Mexican dish, not a reconstruction of Nixta’s pork-belly version. Consult the restaurant for its current menu.
