Taco culture

Seoul’s taco scene includes Mexican dishes and combinations involving Korean flavors. That restaurant scene is distinct from the history of the Korean American taco associated with Los Angeles.

A Korean-style taco may pair grilled meat with vegetables and a chile-based sauce, but not every taco in Seoul follows that model. Follow the separate country and dish articles to keep place, origin and adaptation clear.
